This fully renovated & well appointed Muskoka classic cottage is situated on family-friendly Fox Lake, just outside of the bustling town of Huntsville & is well equipped for your ideal vacation. With large, comfortable spaces indoors and out, lots of paddling toys and the perfect sandy beach your family is in for nothing but fun and relaxation.

The lakeside main bedroom has a queen sized bed, full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and separate soaker tub, and a large walk-in closet.
It has views of the lake and a walk-out to the deck.
This bedroom also features a spin cycle and a comfy reading chair.
Bedroom 2 also offers a queen sized bed, good closet space and is just off of the living room area.
Bedroom 3 is quite separate from the other rooms and is accessed down a short hall, just past the full main bathroom. The queen sized bed and quiet, private location make it the one to have dibs on.
The cottage living room is the heart of the cottage, with welcoming, comfortable seating, a huge gas fireplace, smart tv, to the ceiling windows on the lakeside and featuring a cushioned window seat running the length the the room. It’s beside the kitchen so you can recruit kitchen help as needed, but is also its own relaxing space.
The full kitchen with island is beside the living room and has everything you’ll need for full meals and quick snack creation. Step through the sliding barn door into the full dining room, with glass on 2 sides and a view of the lake and the trees. There’s a walkout from the dining room to the full, covered outdoor dining table and the BBQ on the deck.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 powder room. Enjoy the tub/shower combo in the main bathroom or escape to the soaker tub and separate walk-in shower in the ensuite bathroom. Lots of options to keep your group comfortable.
The cottage is located right on Fox Lake, which is 15 minutes from Huntsville.
