This classic cottage is set up for fun and relaxation on 300 feet of private waterfront, with sandy wading area at the shore, large dock, a lovely flat outcrop of rock right on the lake for young adventurers to explore.
This 3 bedroom, year round cottage offers all of the comforts of home in a private setting on a large lot with plenty of space for spreading out and finding a quiet spot for yourself.
Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed
Bedroom 2 also has a double bed.
Bedroom 3 offers a double bed.
Bathroom 1 is a full bathroom with walk-in shower and large vanity.
Bathroom 2 is a 2 piece powder room.
The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped for your stay.
There’s a large living area with a WiFi-equipped tv, large sofa, wood burning fireplace and ceiling height windows with a lake view, also a walkout to the deck at the back.
The 4 season Muskoka room is situated overlooking the hot tub and with a view of the lake. It’s fully glassed/screened on 2 sides, with entry through the living room.

The cottage is open concept, with the living, kitchen and dining areas all open to each other for ease of conversation and movement. The living room is equipped with a luxurious leather sofa, large smart TV and internet. Whether you’re streaming an evening program or want to catch up on some work from ‘home’ you can connect in comfort while others play air hockey on the other side of the cottage.
Living space is extended to the outdoors here. A generous screened porch connects the dining room to the landscaped bonfire area. Spend time here reading, conversing or just listening to the river flow by.
From the living room step outside to access the BBQ and outdoor dining and cushioned lounging area. Enjoy river views from every spot.
